NOTICE OF FUTURE SCHEDULED MEETINGS OF THE CRA
The Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Plant City, a body politic and corporate of the State of Florida and a community redevelopment agency created pursuant to Part III, Chapter 163, Florida Statutes (“the CRA”), hereby provides notice that regular CRA meetings are scheduled to be held in the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building, 302 West Reynolds Street (City Hall), Plant City, Florida on the following dates immediately following the conclusion of the regular meeting of the City Commission (which are scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.):

The above stated meetings are subject to cancellation by the Executive Director if there is nothing pending to come before the CRA. Please contact the City Clerk at (813) 659-4200 to confirm whether the meeting has been cancelled.

Special meetings may be held from time to time in addition to the regular meetings listed above.

All persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the CRA with respect to any matter considered at such meetings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate at any of the above meetings should call the City Clerk at (813) 659-4200 at least 48 hours prior to the public meeting.
