Hillsborough River State Park Stationary Bridge Repairs

A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid the Hillsborough River State Park Stationary Bridge Repairs Project. The work consists of structural repairs of an existing stationary bridge at the Hillsborough River State Park. Work includes replacement of beams, joists, decking, and railing.

BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available thru A.D. Morgan Corporations’ Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to kmonsen@admorgan.com to receive a link to all the bid documents.

PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at kmonsen@admorgan.com and you will receive link to Compass for Prequalification’s.

SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on a date to be determined at the jobsite. Please email kmonsen@admorgan.com for the date and time of the site visit.

BID BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.

ELECTRONIC SEALED BIDS will be no later than 12:00 PM October 10, 2025, through Building Connected. Do not email, mail, or fax bids.
