NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered July 1, 2025, and the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and entered in Case Number: 24000025CAAXMX of the Circuit Court in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, formerly known as BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and JOHNNY A. DESKINS, BILLIE JO DESKINS, SPRING HILL COMMUNITY ASSOC, INC., HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JO JOHNATHAN DESKINS, are the Defendants, the Hernando County Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, outside of the Civil Department, Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street in Brooksville at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of November, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
