2025 BOARD MEETING DATES CHANGES

The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority gives notice of its 2025 meeting date changes as follows:

Board Meetings
Location: Authority’s Administrative Office, 1104 E. Twiggs Street, 1st Floor Board Room, Tampa, Florida 33602

Dates: November 17 meeting is cancelled. December 15 meeting is rescheduled to December 1.

Time: 1:30 p.m.

All meeting dates, agendas, and minutes will be posted on the Authority’s website (www.tampa-xway.com), and available at the Authority’s office. For additional information on this notice or copies of agendas, please contact the Authority at (813) 272-6740 Ext. 125.

Any person requiring special accommodations to attend or participate in an Authority meeting, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, should call (813) 272-6740 Extension 125 at least five (5) working days prior to the meeting.

NOTICE: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by THEA’s board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
