Tampa Housing Authority Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA) announces the public review of its Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for Fiscal Year 2026. This review is open to residents and interested citizens until January 14, 2026.

The Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan details the long-range goals and objectives of the Tampa Housing Authority and includes the proposed annual statements for the Capital Fund Program (CFP).

This Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan is available for inspection by all interested persons at the following location:

THA Corporate Office, 1st Floor 5301 W. Cypress Street
Tampa, FL 33607

Any interested persons are welcome to review and comment on the contents therein. We have scheduled two review meetings as indicated below:
