NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 MEETINGS
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Southern Hills Plantation I Community Development District (“District”) will hold regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025/2026, immediately thereafter the adjournment of the Southern Hills Plantation III CDD meeting scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., at the Southern Hills Plantation Clubhouse, at 4200 Summit View Drive, Brooksville, Florida on the following dates:

December 8, 2025
January 12, 2026
February 9, 2026
March 9, 2026
April 13, 2026
May 11, 2026
June 8, 2026
July 13, 2026
August 10, 2026
September 14, 2026
The purpose of the meetings is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website:

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
