In the estate of Christopher Tucker, Deceased. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Fla. Statute …. That all persons having claims, objections, the qualification of the representative, venue, jurisdiction, or challenges to the validity of the will against the Estate of Christopher Tucker, late of Hillsborough County, Florida, deceased, who died on or about January 9th, 2024, are required to file their objections to the above captioned Court no later than three months from this publication or thirty days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on them.
All Creditors and claims against the Estate of Christopher Tucker are required to file claims to the above captioned Court no later than three months from this publication or thirty days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on them.
All claims, objections, and creditor who do not file their claim within the three-month time frame will be barred
All claims should be submitted to Solicitor for Bonnie M. Schurig, Executor of the Estate of said deceased, their names and addresses with full particulars of their claims and the nature of the security (if any) held by them.
