NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22000627CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing is the Plaintiff and Kyle Anderson; Christina Zupancic are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
