NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered on September 3, 2025, in Case No. 25-CA-001950 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which CAMERON MINNIS is the Plaintiff, and GINA CINTRON is the Defendant. Victor Christ, Clerk of Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:

Lot 34, Block B, RALSTON BEACH MANOR, UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 57, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

THE SALE will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on October 15, 2025, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
