NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2025 entered in Case No. 25-CA-03461 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein FRED P. SENESI, TRUSTEE OF THE FRED P. SENESI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2005, is the Plaintiff(s) and YGR CARGO LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, are the Defendants, I, Victor Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of December, 2025 at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
