NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-008466 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Peter Nevai is Defendant, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:

Together with a portion of Lot 9 of Pebble Creek Village Unit Number 4, said portion of Lot 9 being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the most Northeasterly corner of Lot 9 and run thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds West, 28.88 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 17 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds West, 3.56 feet; thence South 75 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds West, 5.00 feet; thence North 14 degrees 55 minutes 53 seconds West, 3.00 feet; thence North 75 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds East, 6.91 feet to the Point of Beginning.
