YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Quiet Title action has been instituted for the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:

The East 50 feet of the West 60 feet of Lot 3, Block 3; the West 50 feet of the East 170 feet of Lot 4, Block 3; the East 120 feet of Lot 3, Block 3; and Lot 10, LESS the East 10 feet, Block 3, all of Idlewild-on-the-Hillsborough, according to Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 106, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
And
The North 10.33 feet of Lot 13, and Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Norris Subdivision, according to Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 23 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
And
Lots 1 through 8, inclusive and Lots 25 through 32, inclusive, together with the closed alley abutting, of C.B. Turner’s Subdivision, according to Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 72 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
