PROJECT: 2605-FIN Financial Auditing Services
The Dade City Public Works Department will receive sealed Proposals for the Financial Auditing Services consisting of:

The City of Dade City is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide professional Financial Auditing Services for the City, as required by Florida Statute Section 218.39, for the fiscal years ending September 30 in 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. The City of Dade City, Florida (hereinafter the “City,” which includes its departments, divisions, and related entities, specifically Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), intends to select an experienced and qualified auditing firm (Auditor) to deliver these services. The contract with the auditor may include an option to extend the term for up to five additional years.

Proposals will be received at 38020 Meridian Ave, Dade City, FL 33525 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the City Commission Chambers at the same address. All Proposals must be clearly marked in the lower left corner with bidder information, the project name and number, and date and time of bid opening.
