NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 4, 2025 pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No.: 2025-CA-006970, the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the real and personal property located and lying in Hillsborough County, Florida, as more particularly described as:
The East 1.60 feet of Lot 35 and the West 66.40 feet of Lot 36, Block 9, Gandy Gardens 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 4, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida;
with a street address of 4409 W. Trilby Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33616;

on February 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as hereinafter provided, in Hillsborough County, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, online at:
