The Administration of the estate of TONY RYDELL FRAZIER JR., deceased, whose date of death was May 21, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal
Representative’s Attorney are set forth below.
All interested persons are required to file with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE; (i) all claims against the estate and (ii) any objection by an interested person on whom this notice was served that challenges the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue,
or jurisdiction of the Court. Publication of this Notice was begun on December 22, 2025.
ALL CLAIMS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTE: A personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of
the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community roperty Rights at Death Act as described in F.S. sec. 732.216-732.228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under F.S. sec. 732.2211.
