NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
FOR THE FGUA STATE REVOLVING FUND (SRF) FACILITIES PLAN
RELATED TO THE PROPOSED RIVERSIDE VILLAGE SEPTIC TO SEWER CONVERSION
PROJECT
The Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) gives notice that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, commencing at 7 p.m. to provide for public participation in review and evaluation of the Facilities Plan to be submitted to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program in support of the proposed FGUA Riverside Village Septic to Sewer Conversion Project. The project provides for the design and construction of a gravity sewer system within the Riverside Village Community, located in Pasco County. The Facilities Plan, prepared by the engineering firm of Jones Edmunds and Associates, Inc., outlines the project alternates considered, the financial and environmental impacts of the project, and the implementation schedule for the recommended septic to sewer facilities.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public meeting, which will be held at The Trinity Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 4651 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34655, at the time identified above for this meeting. All persons wishing to speak will be given an opportunity to do so following a brief presentation.
The draft facilities plan will be available for review at the meeting.
