CROSSON AND JOSEPH A. AQUINO, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ANGELA VICK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.citrus.realforeclose.com on February 19, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOTS 21, 22, 23 AND 24 OF WESTWOOW ACRES F/K/A WESTRIDGE ACRES, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION LYING AND BEING SITUATE IN CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA,

and commonly known as: 9600 N WESTRIDGE TER, CRYSTAL RIVER, FL 34428 (the “Property”).

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
