NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-001868 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein 2KJ Investments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and Carlos Martinez, Lisa Michelle Rundell, and Midland Trust Company as Custodian FBO Kimberly Johnson #7410104 as to an Undivided 59% Interest, Midland Trust Company as Custodian FBO Kyle Johnson #7410202 as to an Undivided 22.5% Interest, and Midland Trust Company as Custodian FBO Ronald L. Tomecek #6866201 as to an Undivided 18.5% Interest, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com Putnam County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 29th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Tract 145, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT FIVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 136 and Tract 144, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT FIVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 136, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida;
LESS AND EXCEPT the following portion of said Tract 144:
Commence at the most Westerly corner of said Tract 144 for Point of Beginning; said Point of Beginning being on the Southerly right-of-way line of Susan Drive; thence run along said Southerly right-of-way line, North 78 degrees 13’08” East, a distance of 142.58 feet; Thence 64.06 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 45 feet and a chord of 58.78 feet which bears South 86 degrees 13’37” East; Thence along the Easterly boundary line of said Tract 144, South 37 degrees 00’26” East, a distance of 196.90 feet; Thence South 78 degrees 18’08” West, a distance of 266.48 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Tract 144; Thence along said Westerly boundary line, North 16 degrees 41’36” West, a distance of 194.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031, before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
