NOTICE OF ELECTION
CITY OF PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA

Residents of the City of Port Richey are hereby informed that the qualifying period for candidates in the City Council Election scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, will begin at noon on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and end at noon on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Two seats are open: the Mayor seat, serving a three-year term, and a Councilperson seat, serving a one-year term to complete the previously vacated seat.

Residents interested in running for City Council can obtain qualifying papers or additional information from the City Clerk at City Hall, located at 6333 Ridge Road, Port Richey, FL 34668. For further inquiries, call 727-816-1900, etc. 175 at any time before or during the qualifying period.

The election will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with polls open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
