NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000073, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, INSPIRE HOME LOANS INC. is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIEL RIVERA JR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

The Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on February 24, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 20, BLOCK 256, SPRING HILL UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 1-10, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
