NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
RIVERBEND WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Riverbend West Community Development District (“District”) will hold a regular meeting of the Board on February 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., located at Riverview Public Library, 9951 Balm Riverview Rd., Riverview, FL 33569.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager by mail at the Offices of Inframark, located at 2654 Cypress Ridge Blvd., Suite 101, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 or, by telephone at 813-382-7355, or by visiting the District’s website, https://www.riverbendwestcdd.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

One or more Supervisors, Staff or other individuals are anticipated to participate by speaker telephone. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting or to obtain access to the telephonic, video conferencing, or other communications media technology used to conduct this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting by contacting the District Manager at 813-382-7355. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
