NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 9, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24000191CAAXMX, of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for HERNANDO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1(hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and AYASHA S. TEAGUE; PRISTINE PLACE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants.
