YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit A, Building 1, PATIO CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4816, pages 1092 through 1147, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in condominium Plat 32, pages 63 through 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
