NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2026 and entered in Case No: 25-CC-030043, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Townes at Southshore Pointe Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Denard Anthony Binns, Jr., is the Defendant(s), the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm at 10:00 AM ET on April 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

“Lot 5, in Block 6, of SOUTH SHORE POINTE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 146, Page 160, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.”

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
