NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2026 and entered in the County Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein VILLAS OF ANTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL CLIME is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will offer for sale and will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on-line public auction the sale to be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on www.citrus.realforeclose.com, on THURSDAY , APRIL 30, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:

Unit 4 of Villas of Anton, a Condominium according to the Declaration of condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1772, page 1323, of the Public Records of Citrus County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
