NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court, of Hernando County, Florida, on the 3rd day of December, 2025, in the cause wherein Chase Bank U.S.A N.A. is plaintiff and Gary Vore is defendant, being Case No 2008-1338-CC in said Court, I Sheriff Al Nienhuis, Sheriff of Hernando County, Florida have levied upon all right, title, and interest of the defendant, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale, at the West entrance (facing North Main Street) on the steps of the old brick Courthouse, 20 North Main St, Brooksville, Florida, on the 14th day of April, 2026 at 11:00 a.m, or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale, all of the said defendant’s right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property at public auction and will sell the same subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest bidder and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
