NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT
LAKE BERNADETTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Lake Bernadette Community Development District hereby gives notice of its intention to change rules and fees relating to usage of the District’s amenities facilities pursuant to Sections 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended. The purpose and effect of the amendment is to address revisions necessary for the efficient operation of the District’s amenities facilities. Specific legal authority for any rate amendments includes Section 120.54, 190.011 and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2026), as amended and applicable.

A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the Lake Bernadette Community Development District on Tuesday, the 28th day of April 2026, during a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors beginning at 6:00 PM, at the Lake Bernadette Clubhouse, 5410 Golf Links Blvd., Zephyrhills, FL 33541.

Any person desiring a copy of the preliminary draft of the proposed amendments may promptly obtain a copy, without cost, by contacting the District Office, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida 33607.

The public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice.
