NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000814CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Roy C. Vance; Unknown Spouse of Roy C. Vance; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hernando County Clerk of the Court will sell at 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601 at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
