NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 6, 2026 in Case No. 2025CA000308A of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and JUSTIN PAPE, BRITNEY PAPE, FPL ENERGY SERVICES, INC. and TESLA INC are Defendants, the Office of Traci Perry, Citrus County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.citrus.realforeclose.com, on the 23rd day of April 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
