NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 18, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25000426CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and WEBSTER, RONALD, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, DOUG CHORVAT, JR., shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at HERNANDO County Courthouse, located at 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601, at 11:00 AM on May 12, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HERNANDO County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure to-wit:
