NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-007272 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF WILLIAM HICKS a/k/a WILLIAM L. HICKS; SHAWN MICHAEL HICKS a/k/a SHAWN HICKS, as potential heir of the Estate of William Hicks a/k/a William L. Hicks; DEIRDRE LOPEZ; WILLIAM L. HICKS, JR.; DANIEL HICKS; JASON HICKS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANTS; together with ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY HAVE A CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM HICKS A/K/A WILLIAM L.
