INVITATION FOR BIDS #26-002-B

UNIT RENOVATIONS AT GATEWAY PLACE APARTMENTS (PHASE ONE)

The St. Petersburg Housing Authority (SPHA), St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, responsible general contractors for unit renovations at Gateway Place Apartments located at 9101 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The work will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2001 Gandy Boulevard North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. A site visit to the property will follow.

Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
