YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 19, Block B, COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 21 PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
