Notice is hereby given that City National Bank of Florida, with its main office currently located at 25 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) on or about May 3, 2026, seeking approval to open a new banking center in Tampa, Hillsborough County at Urban Center II, 4890 West Kennedy Boulevard, suite #400 Tampa, Florida 33609.

Any person wishing to comment on the application may file comments in writing to the Director for Licensing, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 225 E.
