NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 25000905CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL ARCAROLA AKA MICHAEL ARCAROLA, JR., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at outside of the Civil Department, Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, on June 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:

LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 919, SPRING HILL, UNIT 14, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 7 - 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
