NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2026, and entered in 24001214CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JOANIE DOMENECH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANIE DOMENECH; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s).
