NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-006760-A001HC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough COUNTY, Florida, wherein Click N Close, Inc., is Plaintiff, and CLAUDIA ABRAHANTE VALLADARES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Victor Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the June 24, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 28, Block 11, COUNTRY PLACE UNIT III-B, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 50, Page(s) 33, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
