NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, 1st Floor, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, at 1:30 pm, to consider amendments to the following Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 94, ARTICLE IV, PASCO COUNTY LOCAL PROVIDER PARTICIPATION FUND; PROVIDING FOR MODIFICATION; REPEALER; SEVERABILITY; INCLUSION INTO THE PASCO COUNTY CODE OF ORDNANCES; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
