PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PASCO COUNTY GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR THE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT-RAPID UNSHELTERED SURVIVOR HOUSING (ESG-RUSH)

Pasco County Community Development is soliciting applications from community organizations and county departments for funding through ESG-RUSH. These ESG-RUSH funds are to be used to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who have been residing in a declared disaster area and have needs that are not otherwise served or fully met by existing federal disaster relief programs. Funding will be targeted to the priorities identified in the current Consolidated Plan, available on-line at:

The grant kick-off meeting will be held in person:
Monday, June 29, 2026 at 3:00 pm

Applicants wising to attend virtually may request a Webex invitation by emailing communitydev@pascocountyfl.net by 4:00 pm on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Applications will be available Tuesday, June 30, 2026 via Neighborly Software. The deadline for submission is July 24, 2026 by 4:00PM eastern standard time.

Approximately $1,228,086 will be available for ESG-RUSH funding.

Funding is expected to be available beginning October 1, 2026 with a project end date of September 30, 2027.
