REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ)
Professional Architectural and Related Services
AdventHealth announces the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional architectural and related services for the Critical Facility Generator Upgrade Project at AdventHealth North Pinellas. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 2 C.F.R. Part 200 requirements applicable to federally funded projects.
The project includes installation of a new 2000 kW generator, associated fuel oil tank, and architectural and structural upgrades to the Central Energy Plant to support infrastructure hardening for hurricanes and power disruptions.
KEY DATES
• RFQ Release Date: May 22, 2026
• Deadline to Submit Questions/Clarifications: May 29, 2026
• Deadline to Submit Statements of Qualifications: June 26, 2026
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically to TIM.MOREIRA@AdventHealth.com by the deadline specified in the RFQ. Late submissions will not be accepted. All submissions must comply with the requirements set forth in the RFQ. AdventHealth reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and/or to cancel the RFQ at its discretion.
