NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on June 9, 2026, in Case No. 25-006711-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Eric Goldfine, as Trustee of the Eric Goldfine Self Employed Retirement Plan and Trust, is Plaintiff, and Hasani Capital, LLC and Xavier Thompson are Defendants, I, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of August 2026, the following described real property:
Parcel I: The Northerly 2 feet of Lot 2, Block 8, Don Ce-Sar Place, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 15 through 20, Inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less however that part lying within forty feet of the center line of State Road #699, and less the East 22 feet thereof. Together with an easement over the East 22 feet thereof, for ingress and egress to repair and maintain the existing garage on and any replacement thereof on Lot 3, Block 8, of said subdivision.
