CREDITORS OF RICHARD LICHTENBERG, DECEASED, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, AND WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND CREDITORS OF RICHARD LICHTENBERG, DECEASED, OR ANY OF THE HEREIN NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS OR PARTIES CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on a Claim Of Lien has been filed against you regarding property located at 6173 Prestwick Court, Spring Hill, Florida 34606

Lot 131, Timber Pines, Tract 5, Unit 2, according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 59-62, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Carter Foreman, PLLC, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 5308 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34606, on or before July 22, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff’s Complaint To Foreclose Lien.
