You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a civil action against you in the above entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being: Verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage with Children, on March 12, 2026. In this action, Petitioner seeks dissolution of the marriage, determination of custody and timesharing of the minor children, child support, division of assets and debts, and any other relief deemed just and proper by the Court.
If you do not file a response or appearance within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of this notice for the aforementioned cause of action, a default judgment may be entered against you.
