YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a complaint was filed by Melvin Gallar, to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:

Lot 316, MAP OF RUSKIN CITY, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.

Commonly known as: 107 NE 4th Street, Ruskin, Florida 33570

Said complaint has been filed aga0inst you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kelsey E. Burgess, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorneys at Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O’Neill & Mullis, P.A., whose address is 101 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2700, Tampa, FL 33602, on or before August 6,2026, which date shall be not less than 28 nor more than 60 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Tampa Bay Times.
