There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, June 30, at 2:00 PM at the at the Traffic Compound located at 1302 W Spencer St, Plant City, FL 33563. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory to provide a submittal.

The question deadline is not later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

The submittal deadline is not later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
