NOTICE OF APPLICATION

The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit application (File No. MMR_158331-012) from Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC, to construct an auxiliary holding pond for additional process water storage at the Riverview Facility in Hillsborough County. The proposed project includes approximately 15.14-acres of wetland and other surface water impacts. The site is located at the end of Burts Rd, Riverview, FL, 33619, Sections 10-11, Township 30 South, Range 19 East. The Project is within the Tampa Bay Drainage watershed, Class III waters, Hillsborough County.
