NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION BY
THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) has received four applications for Individual Water Use Permits located in Pasco County to provide groundwater for lake augmentation:

(1) Number 20011131.008, located in Section 27, Township 24 South, Range 18 East. The total existing and requested withdrawal is 84,000 gallons per day annual average, and 110,000 gallons per day peak month. The permit applicants are Tampa Bay Water, whose address is 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, Florida 33763, and the property owner Charles Cadrecha, 311 Glen Burnie Avenue, Temple Terrace, FL 33617.

(2) Number 20011132.009, located in Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 18 East. The total existing and requested withdrawal is 200,000 gallons per day annual average, and 250,000 gallons per day peak month. The permit applicants are Tampa Bay Water, whose address is 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, Florida 33763 and the property owners Harold and Yerlis Peralta, whose address is 119511 Bakersfield Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34610.

(3) Number 20011129.009, located in Section 22, Township 24 South, Range 18 East. The total requested withdrawal is 416,000 gallons per day annual average, and 671,000 gallons per day peak month. The permit applicants are Tampa Bay Water, whose address is 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, Florida 33763, and the property owners Luke and Danielle Jensen, whose address is 15124 Scanio Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34610, and Hong-Tham T. Rosson, whose address is 6235 S. Tropical Trail, Merritt Island, FL 32952.

(4) Number 20011127.007, located in Section 23, Township 24 South, Range 18 East. The total requested withdrawal is 498,000 gallons per day annual average, 1,000,000 gallons per day peak month. The permit applicants are Tampa Bay Water, whose address is 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, Florida 33763, and the property owner Pinellas County, Attn: Jeremy Waugh, P.E., PMP, 6730 142nd Ave North, Largo, FL, 33771.

The applications were received July 1, 2026. The predominant use type is Environmental Augmentation.

The application is available for inspection Monday through Friday except for legal holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the District’s Tampa Service Office located at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637, or through the “ePermitting” function on the District web site www.watermatters.org/permits.

Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received with 14 days from the date of this notice. If you wish to be notified of agency action or an opportunity to request an administrative hearing regarding the application, you must send a written request referencing the permit application number to the Southwest Florida Water Management District, Regulation Performance Management Department, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34604-6899 or submit your request through the District’s website at www.watermatters.org.
