NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25001255CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Christopher Scott Hauff; Christina Leann Hauff; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
