NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 10, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 000726, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and BONITA LATHAM A/K/A BONITA D. LATHAM A/K/A BONITA LATHAN; ROBERT LATHAM A/K/A ROBERT L. LATHAM JR. A/K/A ROBERT LATHAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MAY CUSTOM HOME, INC; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Doug Chorvat, Jr. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, 2nd Floor, Brooksville, FL 34601 on August 13, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
