NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2026, and entered in 25001215CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is the Plaintiff and LESLIE WILLIAMS; YOLANDA WILLIAMS A/K/A YOLANDA YVETTE BUSH; AQUA FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Doug Chorvat Jr. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 AM, on August 11, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
